In addition to helping Buyers and Sellers, Ashley and Sarah buy properties they find potential properties to renovate, restore and revive – either for a specific buyer, for a buyer yet to be discovered, or sometimes for a past client looking to make a move. Ashley works to secure those special properties and Sarah visualizes the design aesthetic – from wall placement and natural light opportunities, to fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, flooring and even appliances – and then manages the dramatic transformation from a neglected house to treasured home.
